Peace of Mind with a 60 Day Home Trial*

Ever bought an instrument online and found that is was good but just not what you were looking for? We know from experience that the only way to ensure something as personal as an instrument is right for you is by having the time to trial it in the comfort at your own home and playing at local music sessions.

We're so confident that you'll be happy with the performance of our whistles that we give you a full 60 days to try them at home. If you’re not 100% satisfied you can send it back, the only thing you have to pay is the return postage.

*This applies to all whistles.

If you intend to return something, please get in touch first at info@howardwhistles.com so we can issue return instructions.

Policy at a Glance:

  • Return Window: 60 Days for whistles / 14 Days for reeds.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 days.
  • Item Condition: Must be returned in original condition.

 

Return Options:

  1. Exchange: Your order can be exchanged for a similar product—for example, an upgrade to a different model.
  2. Replace: We will replace your instrument with an identical product if it arrives damaged, is defective, or is not as described. If faulty we will pay the return shipping cost.
  3. Refund: If the instrument is not for you or not to your taste after your home trial, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If an item is not faulty, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that arrive damaged or defective, Howard Whistles will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse the return shipping costs

Reeds

Reeds are not included in the 60-day home trial; however, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund if in perfect condition.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee will be charged for any returned items.
